How to Choose a Good Domain Name
How to Choose a Good Domain Name: Domain Name Generator — affiliatemarketingmc at YouTube.com.
Today I’m going to show you how to choose a good domain name.
You might be asking what qualifies me to teach you how to find a domain name. Over the last fifteen years, since the beginning of internet marketing as we know it, I’ve been buying and selling domain names and using domain names for my own sites to profit. Some of them I bought for as little as $15, and turned them into $25,000 without doing
anything but buying the domain, and I got the money on the day of (or a couple days before) it was about to expire. So, this can be profitable and fun.
Let’s talk about you and what kind of domain you’re going to use for your business, your idea, your blog, or whatever it is that you’re looking to put on the web.
Step One: Why Are You Creating Your Website in the First Place?
This is very important. Why are you creating this website? Is it for existing customers, or is it for new ones? Do you want to send existing customers to your site or do you want to gain new customers? The domain advice that I give you for each of these will be different.
If you’re going after existing customers, you would want something that’s easy to remember, and something that says your business name in the actual domain.
For example, if your domain name is BuffManJim.com, you would want BuckManJim.com as well, in case people misspell your domain name.
If you’re looking to gain new customers, you’d want to use the Google AdWords Keyword Planner, and then try to find the keyword that best fits what your site is going to be about.
For example, if you have a gym and want to promote personal training, you’d want to use the Google Keyword Planner and search for “personal training.” Let’s say the city that you want to target is Los Angeles. You would insert “personal training Los Angeles” into the search field.

Then you would select “get ideas”.

The Google tool tells us that “personal training Los Angeles” has been looked up about 390 times per month. That’s 390 potential customers that you can bring
to your site. So if that’s what you’re looking at doing, it would be best to get a domain like PersonalTrainingLosAngeles.com. If the .com site is taken but the .org is available, you could also get that domain as well.
The great part about this is that you’re targeting a keyword that people look up, and one that’s related to the type of business you’re trying to get.
Step Two: What Traffic Methods Are You Thinking of Using?
Now, you want to decide on what type of traffic method to use. Do you want to run ads on Google paid traffic? Do you want to try to rank for free in the organic (free) search engine listings? Do you want to use social media, such as Facebook? Do you want to use YouTube? Or do you simply want people to type in your domain name in a search field to find our website?
There’s a difference in each of these traffic methods. If you’re going after organic SEO traffic, you want to find a keyword using the Google Keyword Planner that is not competitive, and you want to get a domain name as close to the keyword as possible using .com, .net, or .org. And this will help when you’re trying to get ranked in the free search engine results.
On the other hand, if you’re going for the paid search engine listings, you’d want to have your keyword in the domain. However, it’s not as strict in the sense that you have to have the exact keyword you’re looking for. Imagine what it would look like if you had PersonalTrainingLosAngeles.org right in your domain, along with Personal Training Los Angeles as your title. Now you’re going to get a lot more traffic at a much cheaper price.
If you’re trying to get traffic on social media, make sure the domain is easy to remember, fits what they want, and is something they
can type in very easy. You don’t want something like Los Angeles Personal Trainers Training People Fast. You want something simple and concise. Something people can type in easily.
Step Three: Do You Have a Brand Name You Want to Use?
Do you have a brand name that you want to use? If you do, you need to check to see if it’s available. And is there a trademark already against it? If you own the trademark, you’re good to go. If there’s a trademark against it (which you could find out quite fast using a Google search), then you want to make sure that
you can, in fact, get the domain.
Is it easy to remember? Or is it something that people will forget? You want to make it very easy to remember and see. Did you double-check it to make sure it looks okay? Some domain names look a little different when you break them up, so you want to be careful. You want to double, even triple-check your domain to make sure it’s not something you don’t intend it to be.
Step Four: Can You Use Your Brand or Market with Keywords?
Is there a way to use our brand with keywords? If your brand is Double Time Pizza, you might want to use Double Time Pizza Vacaville, which also includes the keyword “Pizza Vacaville”. And again, you want to make sure that the keyword is in fact searched for using your Google AdWords Keyword tool.
Once know whether or not if you’re going for your direct brand name, and whether or not it fits all the steps above, go ahead and search for it. If it’s available, go ahead and get it. If it’s not available, you might want to go and use keywords or a variation of your brand name as well.
Tips for Getting Your Domain Name
Now, here are some review tips for getting your domain name.
Tip #1: If you’re looking to gain new customers with free traffic, use the Google AdWords tool to find the best keywords with low competition and an available keyword-loaded domain name. The competition can be seen right on the first page of Google. If you type your search in quotes, you’ll see your competition in the results.

Here, there is about 9,400 people, which isn’t that competitive if you’re doing web marketing according to the way that I teach you. And of course, if that domain’s available, grab it as fast as you can.
Tip #2: If you’re going for paid traffic, focus on a short, easy-to-read domain name with the main keywords in the title.
Tip #3: For social media, YouTube, or type-in traffic, make sure your domain is easy to remember and type in. When they can, people will misspell your domain name and type it wrong. Be sure to avoid this. Be sure to avoid that by having a simple domain with the keywords.

Get 1,000 Legitimate Subscribers And 4,000 Hours Watchtime on YouTube
Get 1,000 Legitimate Subscribers And 4,000 Hours Watchtime Fast Youtube = Success Or Poverty??? — affiliatemarketingmc at YouTube.com.
Today I’m going to show you five easy ways to get subscribers and video views on YouTube, so that you can start getting paid now. We’re talking about making money with the YouTube Partner platform. A lot of people are little freaked out about the ground rules that have been laid out by YouTube, so we’re going to break this down.
4,000 Hours Watched
Let’s say we want to get to 4,000 hours of our content watched, or we want to get 1,000 subscribers. How do we get there? And how much money is at stake in the first place?
First, let’s talk about getting 4,000 hours watched. That’s approximately 260.000 minutes, or about 600 minutes a day. Let’s say our average viewer watches one minute of our video. That would mean we would need 260,000 video views to get 4,000 hours watched. How much money would that be? Some say that YouTubers on the low end make an average or $1 per thousand views. If that’s the case, then you would make $260. Or, if you’re a YouTuber on the high end making $10 per thousand views, that means you’d make $2,600.
1,000 Subscribers
Last year I got to 1,000 subscribers on a brand new channel I made about addiction, which is actually a really competitive market. On this channel, we took it from 0 to about 3,000 subscribers and about 250,000 views. We get tons of views everything month, and we’re doing well. But even so, I don’t monetize that using YouTube, and I’ll talk about why.
Now, here’s what you want to do to get those 1,000 subscribers.

1. Refine your market. What are you doing out there? Are you just making funny videos? Are you teaching something? Whatever you’re doing, you have to refine it. Ask yourself: who is your target audience? Are they people that go to work? Are they people that stay home? Do they want to make money? Do they want to learn skateboarding? Are they people that you know want to learn how to knit? Who is your target market?
2. Use a keyword tool to find out what people are searching for. For example, you might want to check out the Google Keyword Tool. You can also use the glossary method. With this, you go to Google, type in whatever your market its, and then add the word “glossary”. This will also show you what people in your market are searching for.
3. Find the top videos. Once you’ve defined your target market, you want to find the top videos in that market. When you search, you’ll find topics related to videos that are getting lots of views. Try to find the videos using keywords that are easy to rank for.

4. Make a list. Now that you see the top videos and their matching keywords, make a list of the videos that you see. This is what is going to drive your audience.
5. Make content based on your list. If you make a list of 30 videos, you now have 30 new topics to make your own content about. Let’s say you find 30 topics from those 30 videos, and you make your own 30 videos over the next 30 days. You’ll gain subscribers and viewers very fast.
You want to watch for videos that have lower competition. Because the lower competition, the better chance you have at standing out, and the more people will watch your videos, and the more they’re going to subscribe, and the more money you’re going to make.
When you upload your videos, make sure your title is patterned after the keywords that are easy to rank for, and patterned after what’s getting a lot of views.
Bonus: 6. Tell visitors to subscribe. In every video that you make, tell your visitors to subscribe, subscribe, subscribe. Ask them why they aren’t subscribed. Tell them why they should subscribe.
If you use this format, it’s going to work extremely well. I use this on my addiction channel, where we go into things like addiction and anxiety, high-functioning alcoholics, all kinds of things. I find ideas for my content just by making lists of videos that people want to see.

Setting Up an Autoresponder Email Sequence for Affiliate Marketing
Autoresponder Email Sequence For Affiliate Marketers : Email Marketing Made Easy — affiliatemarketingmc at YouTube.com.
Today we’re talking about email autoresponders, and I’m going to show you how to set up an autoresponder series. We’ll be using AWeber for this tutorial, but the process is similar for other autoresponders.
Some Info About Autoresponders
Autoresponders allow you to create automated messages to go out to your mailing list. Every time someone clicks a link in the email, that’s like getting another visitor that already knows who you are. So it’s really, really profitable.
The key to using your autoresponder is to send visitors back to your blog. As these people get to know you, like you, and trust you, through the good content you send, they’re going to be checking out your affiliate offers and buying your stuff.
When you send out messages, you have to think about what your subscribers’ mindset is. You want to talk to them in a very conversational way. Make sure your content is interesting. Keep it very tight-knight, very in the realm of why your subscribers signed up in the first place. Everything you promote should be true.
As you’re thinking of ways to provide value to your subscribers, consider giving out PDFs and downloads. These get big time clicks. There are samples of these in the Simple Sites Course at www.SimpleSitesBonus.com.
Create a Mailing List
Before you can use your autoresponder, you have to receive emails to mail out to.
So, you need a place on your site to collect peoples’ names and emails, also known as a squeeze page. You can see an example of this on my website at www.AffiliateMarketingDude.com.

You can see that the user can put their name and email in the box, and they get whatever it is we promised them. So in this example, we’re promising them a really cool Affiliate Marketing Dude toolbar.
When people enter their name and email into the box, you’ll add those onto a mailing list. Now you’ll know who you’ll be sending your emails out to.
Setting Up Your Autoresponder Series
Now we can create our list of emails that will go out in succession once someone puts in their name and email. They can get a message instantly, the minute they fill it out.
For this tutorial, we’ll be creating messages on AWeber.
On the AWeber platform, we hover your cursor over the “Messages” section in the top navigation bar, and select “Legacy Follow Up Messages”. We’ll arrive at this page.

We’re going to create our emails using the HTML Editor.

Now we’re ready to set up a message. We’ll start with the subject line.

If we want, we can display subscriber info in the subject line. In this case, we want to say our subscriber’s first name.

Then we can type out the rest of our subject content.

This will be the subject of the email.
Now we’ll write the body of the message. We can also add subscriber info in the body. We’ll go ahead and use their first name again.
![]()

Once we add the subscriber name, we can type out the body of the message.

Now we’re going to link to the page where our subscribers can download the toolbar. The page is at www.affiliatemarketingdude.com/download.HTML.
This is the page where they can download it:

In our message, we will highlight the phrase that we want to link to, then click on the “link” icon in the navigation bar.

A box will pop up, and we’ll paste our link into the “URL” section.

We’ll know that it works if our text in the email is underlined and linked.

Now we’re going to continue with the rest of our message, adding one more link towards the bottom.

Then I usually include a P.S. I like to include the link in each of my emails, maybe three to five times at the most. That way, I get more chances for people to click on them.

It’s going to drive visitors back to our page.
Then we can put our disclaimers and other things below. I usually put some periods on individual lines to break up the text a little bit.

AWeber will put our automatic footer with our address and everything like that.
(If you’re going to put in your address, I would highly recommend that you get a P.O. box. That way people aren’t writing you at home.)
Once we’re done, we’re going to hit “save and exit”.
Then we arrive at this page. You can see the email we just created at the top of the list as a new draft.

We hover our mouse over the “Send Options” button, and select “Add to Follow Up Series”.

A box pops up with some information about our email message. This tells us that this message is our welcome message. As soon as our subscribers fill out that form, they’re going to get this.

We make sure the box is checked for tracking links, and click on “Add to Follow Up Series”.
When we’re done, we come to this page:

Let’s say we want to go ahead and create another email message. We’ll go back to the HTML Editor page.

Then we enter in our new message exactly as we did before.

You might be wondering why I use the word “download” a lot. That’s because it gets a lot of clicks. The word “download” is like the magic sauce for email marketing.
Then we hit “save and exit”.
Our message shows up as a new draft.

As we did before, we hover your cursor over the “Send Options” button, and click on “Add to Follow Up Series”.

Now a new box will pop up and ask when we want to send the next message out. We’re going to have this email sent out one day after the previous one.

Keep the “track links” option selected and click on “Add to Follow Up Series”. Now, you can see in our follow-up series that we have two messages.

You could do this every day for a year, every week, every two days, whatever you like. The more you email your list, the more money you usually make. Obviously, this is within reason. You don’t want to email them 50 times a day. They’ll get annoyed and unsubscribe. But if it’s information that they really want, you can do this in a really cool way.
The name of the game here is to getting people to come back to your site. Because the more times they visit your site, the more you’re going to make, because they will click on things the more times your ads will be shown to them.
Sending a Broadcast Email
You may decide that you want to send out an email that’s separate from your follow up series. In that case, you can create a broadcast.
Let’s say we want to send this cool thing in a message, right now, to everyone on our list. We can do that. Everyone will still get their regular messages, just like they’re set up, and this one will just go out on top of it.
We hover our cursor back over the “Messages” section in the top navigation bar, and we click on “Broadcasts”.

We arrive at this page.

The steps for creating a broadcast message are the same as they are for creating a follow up message.
Final Review
Remember, these messages go out while you’re on sleeping, while you’re not working, even while you’re on vacation. They’re out there getting people back to your site and hopefully making you money over and over again.
Focus on taking a conversational style, helping your market out, and driving people back to your site, where your content and offers are going to be. Always provide good content based on why your subscribers filled out the form in the first place. Every piece of content should be geared to lead them to the next step.
In the Simple Sites Big Profits course, I teach a lot of little tips and tricks that I use with email marketing.
These include using custom variables, how to structure messages to get the best click-through, how to bond with your list, how to make money with your list, and more. We’ll go through and check out your messages and see how you’re doing, and we’ll help you get a better click-through rate. You can check out the course at www.SimpleSitesBonus.com.

How to Spot an Internet Scam
How To Spot A Make Money Online Internet Scam In Reference To Mobe FTC Shutdown — affiliatemarketingdude at YouTube.com.
Today, we’re talking about pyramid schemes, multi-level scams, internet marketing fraud, and what you can do to protect yourself. This is a public service announcement designed to educate you on what’s really going on, and to arm you with the tools you need to not get taken for a ride.
Recently we’ve seen a lot of activity with the FTC and various companies that are using deceptive (if not downright ridiculous) tactics to get people into their companies and provide no real goods, no real services. And you, the consumer, are left footing the bill.
Think of those companies out there that say, “Sign up and we’ll teach you how to do internet marketing. Great. Now that you’re signed up, go get other people to sign up, and we’ll teach them how to do internet marketing. Great. Now that they’re signed up…” And it goes on and on with no real products, no real value. The money is made by getting more people to sign up, which is absolute BS.
A lot of people are misconceived about this, which means a lot of people get taken for granted. If you have companies out here that are making millions and millions of dollars, but they’re not providing products and services that are good for people, then it’s going to be a scam.
What to Look For

Here are some things you want to look out for when joining a company or investing in anything, be it Bitcoin, be it multi-level marketing, be it any of my products. I’m not a lawyer, I’m not an expert in any of this, but I do know what I’ve seen. I know how you can protect yourself mentally and financially by not getting involved in things that are not up to par.
Find Out Where the Money is Coming From
First and foremost, you need to find out where the money’s coming from. Where are you going to get paid? You’ll notice in my content, I always talk about transparency. If you ever want to spot a scam, a pyramid scheme, or something that just doesn’t smell right, what you have to do is follow the money trail. If the money trail isn’t coming from actual goods and products coming from the marketplace, then it’s usually not good. It’s usually a scam. You have to be careful.
See if it’s Something a Lot of People Can Do
Is it something that a lot of people can do? When these pyramid things come out, you have to look at the numbers. Can 100,000 people make money with one method? Can 100,000 people promote a business opportunity online and all make the income that’s claimed? Probably not. But the fact of the matter is that they’re signing up millions of people.
Pay Attention to How it’s Promoted
Watch out for is the way things are promoted. If you spend any time on Facebook, you’ll notice that it’s littered with tons of scams. People promise that you’ll make $100,000 in 90 days, but that is a bunch of crap. They don’t know what you’re going to make. They have no idea what their stuff will do for you. They don’t know what you’re going to do with it. They should tell you what the average user gets.
This is why, on my webinars, I say that our average user doesn’t usually do anything, therefore they don’t really make anything. And even with some of those that do the right stuff, there are different variables in internet marketing. We don’t know what you’re going to get. They don’t even know what they’re going to get. If they knew, they’d invest it and keep the money for themselves. But they’re trying to get you to invest because they’re getting a piece of the pie.
Look for Disclaimers

[smart-affiliate-ads group=”5″ position=”random” limit=”3″]
What happens is this: all these people go on Facebook and they try to advertise things. They have no disclaimers, they don’t tell you they’re an affiliate, they don’t tell you what you have to do, and it’s just a bunch of hogwash. It’s a bunch of junk that can get everyone in a bunch of hot water.
So you want to make sure that you have good disclaimers. Make sure every claim you make is backed up by some kind of proof, whether it’s your own proof, or someone else’s proof. And you should state what the typical user is going to expect. Be fifthly honest and upfront about how hard is.
Say, “Hey, you know what? This is what worked for me. I don’t know if it’s going to work for you. But if you’re willing to give it a shot, let’s do it.” Now, that’s going to hinder your sales a little bit, not much, as opposed to saying, “You’re going to make all this money right away.” But in the long run, it’s going to do you a lot better, and you’ll be providing good value to the marketplace.
Make Sure it’s Helping People
You want to make sure that it’s something good. It’s something that everyone can do, where everyone is benefiting, and not just one person is being left with the bill.
If I go out and help people buy pool equipment through my affiliate link, then yeah, at the end of the day, people are being helped. If I help people learn affiliate marketing in a trustworthy way that can actually work, then I’m providing a service. If I’m out there teaching people how to fix their lawn, and I get leads from various lawn companies and pest control companies, then that’s a good thing.
Never Pay to Sell Someone’s Stuff
Never pay to sell someone else’s stuff, unless you actually get something you know you can sell. Ask yourself: should I be paying for an opportunity? Am I paying for something of value? Am I paying for some kind of good education that I want? Or is it overinflated crap to teach me how to get other people into the company? Or is it getting me to buy a bunch of products that I probably can’t sell? Or is it giving me a signup fee? (There should never be a signup fee.)
Final Thoughts
Find someone that makes sense. Make sure you know where the money is coming from. Make sure that their disclaimers are up to par. Make sure they have your best interest at heart. Then, if you decide you want to do it, go for it. But sleep on it. Nothing needs to happen right now. Tomorrow you’re not going to lose out on some huge opportunity. Opportunities are everywhere. They are abundant.
Over at affiliatedude.com/scam, I put together a little guide that you can print out. Put it on your desk, and the next time something looks too good to be true, go ahead and follow the steps.
So whether you’re elderly and you’re trying to supplement your income, whether you’re young and you’re trying to make money with Shopify, or affiliate marketing, or whatever it may be, protect yourself by understanding this.

Getting Your Website Indexed in the Search Engines
Submit Your Website To Google Getting Indexed In Search, Backlinks, Pagerank etc. – affiliatemarketingmc at YouTube.com.
With over 2 million new blog posts every single day, and thousands of domain names put on the internet every day, how are you going to get found by the search engines?
Today we’re going to talk about how to get indexed and picked up by the major search engines super fast, and we’ll show you how to get your website to the top, no matter how new it is.
Back in the year 2002 – 2003, I was doing search engine marketing for local companies. I started a little search engine company and I was making good money, ranking people at the top of the search engines.
One day I decided to get more customers by advertising on the Clickbank login page. Back then, you could advertise on the page, and it was anywhere from $600 to $1,200 a month to advertise on the page. And so I’d been toying with the idea, because back then that was kind of a lot of money. I asked myself, “Will I get enough customers to make this work?”
So I put a brand new site on there to advertise my search engine services. I noticed that a brand new site back in 2002 got picked up by Google the instant it went on the Clickbank login page.
Up until now, it was taking six to nine months to rank a new site to get it indexed. We had some tactics to get that down a lower number, but on average it was somewhere like three to nine months, depending on what we did, and hopefully we’d get picked up. You submitted your site, and that was about it.
So for me, putting an ad on the Clickbank login page and getting picked up in Google in less than 24 hours was insanely mind-blowing. But it got even better than that. I noticed that all the links on the bottom of the brand new site also got picked up. That means whatever this site was connected to got picked up in Google in 24 hours. Which is crazy!
So I decided to start this little website called Google Fast. And the idea was to help people get indexed in Google fast. I actually paid for the ad on Clickbank. I put my site up, which looked like this:

Then down at the bottom, I listed the new sites that had paid for listings, and naturally, because they were a link to my site (which was linked to Clickbank), boom, they got picked up and they got ranked in the search engines, and everyone was happy. I was making a lot more than the $1,200 it cost to be on the Clickbank login page.
So what does this have to do with you getting indexed in Google? Well, if you weren’t paying attention, that’s a little lesson in backlinking.
Let’s say you have a brand new blog, a brand new website. You want your blog to get found by the search engines.
You can submit your website to the search engines using a box like this.

If you go to Google and you search for “submit your website”, the box will come up. You type in your web address and hit the button. It will take a little while, but Google will eventually know you exist.
Here is the natural way that search engines work. There are web crawlers, like spiders, that crawl web pages they already know exist. They look for new stuff that the pages are linking to.
Each page indexed in Google has a page rank. This is a term that Google gives to sites based on their popularity and how many people link to them. Each page is assigned a number between 0 and 10. The higher the number, the more power the site is going to have, and the more it will be ranked for its keywords. The lower ranked pages will not be very strong. Higher ranked pages will usually be on big powerhouse sites, such as Fox and CNN.
Here is an example of using PageRank with Fox.com:

These numbers, even if they’re low, can be very powerful depending on the niche that you’re in. Because some niches, if you have the right keyword, you don’t need a lot of power.
Now, some of the ways that you can go through and get this page rank is by getting other sites to link to you.
You can go to various web sites and check page rankings.
Let’s say you have a new blog. Google doesn’t know it exists yet, but much like the story in the beginning, Google knows that the Clickbank login page exists. They know that it’s there. They know it’s big, and they know it’s about affiliate marketing.
So what happens here is this: Let’s say you are listed on the Clickbank page, or whatever page is popular (it could be a news site, it could be a blog, it could be anything that’s popular. Specifically if it’s in your niche, it’s going to help you out).
If you’re listed on the Clickbank Marketplace, and the Clickbank Marketplace has a page rank of 6, and this site (like the old Clickbank Marketplace) had millions of links on it (these are 13 outbound links), that would mean that the page rank would then get divided and sent to the next pages. And it takes a while for all this to happen. This is why people think backlinks are good. However, not all backlinks are created equal. If I have three major news sites linking to me, that’s better than having like a hundred thousand junky sites that are not relevant, linking to me.
The reason is because you’re going to be the only link, or with a couple other links on the page, which gives you a lot more power. And they’re relevant pages that are big, pages that Google knows about. So it’s very cool.
The example I used for Clickbank was an easy one, because all I had to do was purchase a link on Clickbank. You can pay for links all over, everywhere you want, but you have to be careful, because you don’t want to do or get involved in what’s known as a link farm. These are just big old sites that link to everything, and it’s a bunch of junk. You want to do very targeted things. You can do this by going to web directories and listing your site in the directory. You can do this by going to the top sites in your niche. See if you can comment, see if you can get involved in what’s going on, and provide a link back to your site.
You can do this on forums, you can do this on sites like Quora, you can even do this on sites like YouTube, where you include your link to your website in the description of the video. It’s a very simple, easy thing to do. You can also use different indexing companies.
You want to keep your strategy very tight-knit, and you want to look at what’s powerful out there. If you have to buy a link, that’s fine, just make sure it makes sense with your budget and the amount of traffic you’re going to get. And that will work for you.
Another great way of getting ranked in the search engines and getting indexed is by utilizing a little-known tactic of press releases. They can be extremely powerful, and very inexpensive, sometimes even free. If they’re done right, you can get a lot of really good, quality backlinks, and get your site listed very, very fast (sometimes within a few hours).
Remember, Google already knows the sites that you’re going to be on in the press release, and so all they have to do is start to pick up your stuff. Just make sure you use a link to whatever site or whatever page you’re trying to promote. And again, remember page rank is not site-specific. So you could have a subpage on a site that is ranked higher than the actual domain. It’s pretty interesting.
And you want to focus on the pages that you want to promote. Again, one of the biggest tactics you can use is going for the right keyword. Most of us, when starting out, we’re not going to rank for a word like “mortgage calculator”. But when we can rank for something like “qualifications for FHA loan”, or perhaps “mortgage calculator with PMI and interest” or something like that. We can go for longer words, words that are more refined, words with a lot less competition. The more competition, the higher page rank you need, and the more link juice and the more people you need linking back to you.
If you get an easier keyword, it’s going to be a lot easier to rank for. Sometimes, just getting indexed is enough.

Make $1,000 A Month or More in Passive Income with Affiliate Marketing
Passive Income Ideas To Make $1,000 A Month Or More In 2018 With Affiliate Marketing — affiliatemarketingmc at YouTube.com.
Today we’re talking about passive income, two ways to make it, and lots of programs you can use to make recurring income.
I have to tell you—this is going to be a good one. Because just today, I woke up to a whopping (drum roll, please) 25 dollars and 11 cents. You might ask, “how’s that even going to buy you anything?” Well, that’s just from one customer that bought something back in 2012 that I’ve been getting paid on over, and over, and over again. From this one little sale I made back in 2012. I don’t even remember what I did to get it, and it’s generated me over $2,700 in revenue.
I have lots of customers like this, and I get money in my account every single day from recurring income. And I’m going to show you how to make it.
We’re going to talk about two ways to make passive income.
- Make a sale over and over

![]()
If you make a sale of something that has a monthly commission, you’ll get paid over and over.
Companies like Netflix or Aweber, or programs like Kartra, Builderall, or Clickfunnels, all provide monthly subscriptions, and they will pay you affiliate commissions. So they can serve as a recurring revenue stream.
Web hosting companies have recurring income programs as well. The majority of them are going to pay you anywhere from 10 to 30 to even 50 percent or more, each and every month that the customer remains a client. There are also lots of recurring income products on Clickbank. This is where I got that $25 from.
You can go and promote something once, and get paid over and over as long as they’re a customer. I got paid over 71 times for someone buying something once.
A lot of people are going to scoff at the fact that one guy only made me $25. But think about companies like Planet Fitness, and other different types of gyms. These places thrive on a business model of collecting only $10 per month from each person. No one misses $10, and half the people don’t even go to the gym. These gyms are simply raking it in with getting recurring income.
Now, take this to the affiliate marketing world. You don’t have to have a product. You don’t have to have anything except a link to send people to go buy something. This is why monthly memberships and subscriptions work so well.
A couple months ago I started running the Kartra program. I did sales for them, and now I’m generating $3,000 – $5,000 every single month in recurring revenue, just from that one program.
Some people make $300 a month from this, and they’re happy with that. Some people generate $10,000 a month, or $20,000 a month, or sometimes even $60,000 a month.
If you go over to my site at www.AffiliateMarketingDude.com/monthly, we’re going to list a bunch of different affiliate programs that pay you each and every month, so that you don’t have to do the work of going and finding them. You can just promote them.
- Get traffic over and over

Another way to make passive income is to get recurring traffic.
Let’s say you built a site today, and the work you did today generated five visitors a day. If you multiply that by 365 days, that’s about 1,600 – 1,700 visitors every single year. If you start to add on to the site and start to get traffic every single day, you’ll start to get sales every single day. You can use this and get recurring income every single morning.
I wake up and I have sales sitting in the account. Money sitting in the bank account from things that I did years ago. This is a very powerful thing.
I want you to think outside the box and put these together. Put together the power of making sales over and over, and generating traffic over and over. That is the power of recurring income. If you have something that people are signing up for every single day, something that gets you paid over and over, it’s a match made in heaven. Start to watch your income grow as you build and cash the checks.
If you’d like to learn more about this, I would suggest checking out our Simple Sites Big Profits course at www.SimpleSitesBonus.com. You can go there and get our software that’s going to train you on how to build sites, set them up, get traffic, choose what affiliate offers to put on your site, and more. It gives you the tools and software that I’ve used to make millions of dollars.

How to Create a Lead Magnet
How To Create A Lead Magnet To Build Your Mailing List And Sell Products Fast — affiliatemarketingmc at YouTube.com.
What is a Lead Magnet?
A lead magnet is something you offer to your visitors, usually for free, that provides value to them. Some examples of a lead magnet might be:
- PDF report
- Excel spreadsheet
- Access to several videos
- List
- Download
- Toolbar
- Software product
- Free trial
- Guide
- Video
- Audio recording
- Link to a podcast
Why Use a Lead Magnet?
The goal of a lead magnet is to get people to come back. When people like what you have to offer, it creates trust. It makes them want to buy from you down the line. By using lead magnets, you’re able to convert your visitors into sales and into subscribers.
When you give away lead magnets to customers, you usually get information in exchange. That information might be contact info such as a name, email, phone number, or address. This tells you about your customers so that you can write to them, follow up with them, and give them cool stuff.
You can see an example of a lead magnet over at my site at www.AffiliateMarketingDude.com. We say to put your name and email in so that you can get our free affiliate marketing toolbar. After you get that toolbar, we also send you emails, webinars, cool videos, and stuff like that.

Choosing a Lead Magnet
When using a lead magnet, you want to provide a sense of community and good will, and you want people to anticipate what you’re going to do next. Since the whole idea is to get visitors to come back, your lead magnet has to be of the upmost value. That’s why it must be based on where visitors come from and what they want.
When people come to your site, it’s important for you to know where they came from. Was it from a free Google listing with Google SEO? If so, what did they click on? If you brought them in from YouTube videos, what videos did they come from?
Take a look at your keywords. Look at your ads. Look at your search engine rankings. Maybe those visitors came from a banner ad. Whatever it is, now you know something about them, because they clicked. And what did you promise them?
Tips for Creating Lead Magnets
You want to ask yourself: What is something that you can give away that people are going to like and get results from?
Go for lead magnets that accomplish the following:
- They have built-in results. They should be beneficial to the visitor and help them out. They should help the visitor achieve some kind of results.
- They are simple. Visitors should be able to use them quickly and easily.
- They are branded with your information. Visitors will pass around your lead magnets without remembering you, so make sure they link back to your site.
Use your lead magnet to get visitors on your mailing list, and then send other really good offers to their email. Show them you care about them and your market. Get people to know you, like you and trust you, so that they’re anticipating your next email. Then you can sell them stuff that benefits them and gets you paid.

Find Hot Amazon Affiliate Niches
Find Hot Amazon Affiliate Niches In Seconds: For Affiliate Marketing — affiliatemarketingmc at YouTube.com.
Let’s talk about how to find hot Amazon affiliate niches.
I want you to go think about the last three things that happened in your house. This is because you’re going to have experience with these three things, and you’ll know a little bit about them, and you’ll know what you did to fix them.
You can actually make little websites about these things, and lead people to Amazon products, and you can make lots of money.
Now, let’s look at some examples of using affiliate marketing with common household problems.
Pool Filters
We’re going to go to the Google Keyword Planner tool and search for the term “pool filter”.

You’ll notice that the competition says it’s slightly high, but the numbers are actually pretty low in comparison of what this niche sells. Pool filters can be thousands of dollars (the average is around $500), so there’s a lot of money in this market. And there are a lot of people getting a lot of traffic.
There are lots of people talking about pool filters on YouTube.

Here are videos with hundreds and thousands of views.
We can also see how much pool filters are selling for on Amazon.

As you can see, these pool filters on Amazon are pretty expensive ($1,500; $724; $607, and so on).
Because these are in the category of patio and lawn, you’ll currently get around 8% commission. That means if you get 8% on a $600 pool filter, you’ll make around $48 per sale. If you sell 2 of them a day, that’s $96 a day. That amount times 365 days a year (since your websites don’t take breaks), that’s around $35,000 a year. And that’s with one little site about one little item, which is pretty darn cool.
Refrigerators
Now, let’s take a look at refrigerator problems. We can go to the Google Keyword Planner and type in “refrigerator won’t”. We see the suggestion for “refrigerator not cooling”.

Look at that: “refrigerator not cooling” has 5,400 searches a month with very low competition. If you were to pay for the traffic, it would be around 16 cents. With a little work, you could probably even get traffic for free.
Now let’s look and see if they sell refrigerators on Amazon.

Here are some refrigerators from Amazon. Some are around $180, and the more expensive ones are like $1,500 bucks.

Your commission on these will be pretty good.
There are also other affiliate networks that you can get these on, such as Best Buy, Sears, all different places that will pay you a huge commission.
You can also refer customers to CPA affiliate offers for “refrigerator repair”, “home repair”, different things like that. And as you can see, the sky is the limit to what you can do. You could literally just have a site that’s about “refrigerators not cooling”. You could even sell extended warranties for refrigerators, or things like that, and make a ton of money. It’s really easy to do.
And if we go to Google right now, and search for something like “refrigerator not cooling” in quotes, we can see what the competition is like.

We have “refrigerator not cooling” with only 305,000 competing. That’s not too bad.

And on the paid search, there are literally no ads. Which means you can do a lot of damage here, and make a lot of money, and sell a whole lot of refrigerators.
Dishwashers
If you were to look up something like “dishwasher won’t”, you could find other opportunities too.
Let’s look up “dishwasher won’t” on the Google Keyword Planner.

The automatic search has a few suggestions, and one is “dishwasher not draining”. This has 14,000 searches a month. It says it costs $1.90 per click, but let’s see if there are any advertisers on Google.

It looks like there are no advertisers on page 1, so we should be able to get these keywords pretty cheap.
They don’t have dishwashers on Amazon, but you could find them at Best Buy or other places like that.
Air Conditioners
Air conditioners are another potential hot Amazon niche. Let’s see what we can find for “air conditioner won’t” on the Google Keyword Planner.

These suggested related keywords have cheap traffic and low competition.
We can look at this in Google and see if anyone is bidding on “air conditioner not working”.

There are a few competitors here, but not many.
Now, let’s see look at YouTube and search for “air conditioner not working”.

We see videos with thousands and millions of views, all related to air conditioners.
If we look on OfferVault, we can find a lot of offers about air conditioners.

Here is a pay-per-call offer. That means that someone calls the number, and if they stay on the line for 90 seconds talking about their air conditioner, it pays you $18. The people on the phone don’t even have to buy anything.
These are all examples of potential niches for Amazon affiliate marketing. Remember, you can find these niches just by thinking about problems with household items and what you did to solve them. If you need a solution to these problems, then someone else probably does, too.

How AdWords Works
What Is Adwords – How Adwords Works: Drive Traffic To Your Website — affiliatemarketingmc at YouTube.com
Today we’re talking about Google AdWords, how it works, and how you can use it to promote your business, product, service, or market yourself as an affiliate marketer.
What is Google AdWords?
Google AdWords is a paid advertisement program where you can run your own advertising campaigns. It’s like a big marketplace for all the keywords that are searched for on Google. Google is searched over 4 million times a minute—that’s like 65,000 times a second. That’s a lot of searches. As a business owner, you can put yourself in front of whoever you want who’s searching on Google.
If you did a search on Google right now, you’d see some listings at the top of the page that have little green boxes next to them. These are ads, and people are paying to show those listings there. That is run through the Google AdWords platform.
For example, let’s say we go on Google and search for Kartra bonus. That’s a product that I’ve been promoting lately that helps marketers manage all their stuff. If you do a search for Kartra bonus, you’ll see the following results.

You’ll notice that near the top that there’s one of my listings for Affiliate Marketing Dude. I’m paying for that listing to appear there as an ad.
If we scroll down the page a little bit more, you’re you’ll see a listing that’s also from my AffiliateMarketingDude.com site, but it doesn’t say “ad”.

See the difference between the two? The first listing is for paid traffic. This one is ranked using SEO, or search engine optimization. That means it’s ranked organically, and it’s free. You usually don’t want to only shoot for free traffic. Sometimes it’s very difficult to get ranked for the words you’re after, and you still might want to be higher up on the results page.
How to Use Google AdWords
To use Google AdWords, you go to their website and you sign up for an account.

You can bid on keywords or phrases, and your ad will show up when people search. Google AdWords is kind of like a bidding war. The more advertisers who are bidding your word, generally the higher the price-per-click will be. So if you have a ton of advertisers, the price is going to go really high. If you have low advertisers, or zero advertisers, the price will be really low. Sometimes a click costs several dollars, and other times it costs only a couple cents per click. This greatly depends on the word and the market.
There are several things to keep in mind when using Google AdWords.
Keyword
First of all, you have to be careful in selecting your keywords. To do this, you’ll use what’s called the Google AdWords Keyword Planner. This will show you what keywords people search for and how many times a month they’re searched.

So you might have like 30,000 people a month searching for affiliate marketing, or 100,000 people a month searching for make money online, or maybe there are 500 people a month in your local area searching for real estate agent, or lawyer, or something like that.
Location
The next thing to keep in mind is the location. You can target your ad to only show for people in a certain county, like the US, or even just a city. So if you’re a realtor in Winter Springs, Florida, your ad will only show when those people in Winter Springs search for realtor or homes for sale or something like that.
When you pair the keyword with the location, you can literally drill down to your perfect prospect.
Match Type
Then we have what’s called match type. This tells you how you want your keyword to trigger the ad.
- Broad match. There is broad match, which would trigger any searches that have your words in them, no matter what order they’re in. This search would be without any other punctuation marks. (Example: coupon download). Let’s say you bid on “coupon download”. It would trigger coupon download, download coupon, how to download coupon, I need to download coupon, coupons for download—anything that has the word coupon and download in it. You’ll trigger it all under broad match.
- Exact match. Next is exact match. Here, your ad only shows up for people who search your exact keywords in the order you have them. You have these searches in brackets. (Example: [coupon download]). If you do a bid for an exact match on [coupon download], that means people have to search for coupon download for it to show up.
- Phrase match. Then, there is phrase match. Your ad will show when people search for your exact keywords or other phrases with the keywords in it. These are in quotes. (Example: “house prices”). If you bid on “house prices” as a phrase match, it will come up with things like house prices in our area, house prices 2018-2019, house prices predictions, etc. It will have everything, but it has to have the phrase match exactly in it.
Setting up the ad
When you set up the ad, you have a couple different elements:
- URL. This is your domain name. (So for me, it’d be AffiliateMarketingDude.com.)
- Target link. This is where the customer is actually going to go. This allows you to track things or test different pages. (My target link might be AffiliateMarketingDude.com/GA54 for Google AdWords campaign 54. That way, I can track it.)
- Ad copy. You’ll want your ad copy to match the keyword. So if your ad is for realtor in Winter Springs, your ad might say “Winter Springs Realtor,” and something like, “Over 2 million in sales last month,” or “guaranteed to sell or you don’t pay,” or something like that. That would be your ad.
Paying for the ad
Not only do you control the keyword, the location, the match type, and your ad, but you also control the amount you pay.
You’ll see in the Google AdWords Keyword planner a suggested bid amount.

The suggested big for Winter Springs realtor might be between 75 cents and $4. This is called pay-per-click. It doesn’t cost anything to show your ad. You only pay when someone clicks on the ad and goes to your site.
Daily ad budget
Here is where it gets really cool. You can tell Google that you only want to pay a certain amount per day. This is called your daily ad budget. For instance, you can say that you only want to pay $20 per day. So if you’re paying $1 per click, you’re only going to get 20 clicks a day. In your business, that might be enough to generate some income, and with some others, maybe you need more.
Once 20 people click on your ad, Google will pause it and stop showing it. Then the next day, it will start over.
Data and analytics
Google makes it really easy to see your stats and control everything you’re doing. You can go into your account and see what’s working and what’s not. You can see the keywords that people clicked on and the pages they went to. If an ad’s not working well, you can pause it. If it’s working, you can give it a higher budget.
Promotion
You never want to promote an affiliate product directly on Google AdWords. They don’t really care for that. Instead, you want to promote yourself or your website as the commodity in your market. That way, when people come to you, they can join your mailing list. They can check out the stuff that you have on your site. They could read the information. They can watch the videos. Whatever it is you have for them, they’re going to look at that. Hopefully they’ll like what you have to offer, and they’ll want to learn more.

Make Money Blogging
How to Make Money Writing a Blog – $500 A Day Blogging Is It Possible??? — affiliatemarketingmc at YouTube.com.
Is it even possible to make money blogging from the comfort of your own home? Of course it is. That’s exactly what I’ve been doing for the past 18 years from my backyard office.
Today we’re going to talk about how you can get started making money online with blogging.
Find What People Are Interested In
Most people don’t get paid just to blog. Most people are paid to generate an audience. You need to get relevant people to see your blog by talking about relevant topics. So you do this by finding something that people are interested in.
Now, a lot of people will tell you to blog about your passion, or blog about something you’re interested in, or something like that. That’s good, but you also have to be blogging about things other people are actually interested in. So if you’re interested in something that no one else in the world cares about, you’re not going to make any money blogging. It has to be something very relevant.
Use Google Keyword Planner

You can use the Google AdWords Keyword planner tool to find out what people are searching for every single day. Four million people search Google every second—that’s 4 million different searches every minute. That’s a lot of people that you can get to your blog.
If you’re looking to be a blogger from the comfort of your own home, and you want to make money with this, you need to generate an audience. You are going to be paid in direct proportion to the value of your audience.
Let’s say you start to write about a topic and you get a following. People come to your blog and read your stuff and watch your videos.
It’s all about influence. If you can get your audience to do something, then you can make money. And there are plenty of ways to make this happen.
CPA Marketing
Perhaps you can get your audience to perform an action. You can do CPA (cost-per-action) marketing, where you get paid when visitors enter their information on a form, or they download something, or they call a number. They don’t even have to buy anything.
Affiliate Marketing
You can also do affiliate marketing. With this, you go to websites that have affiliate programs, you sign up and get a custom link that goes to your product, and you paste that link on your website.
Make sure that you have a good affiliate disclaimer that tells your visitors that you are an affiliate of the product. That way they don’t think it’s an unbiased review, since you’re getting paid to do it.
You can get affiliate marketing disclaimers with my affiliate marketing toolbar at www.AffiliateMarketingDude.com.
Google AdSense

You can also do what is known as Google Adsense. This is a great way to monetize your audience, because all you have to do is stick ads on your blog, and you get a check when people click on the ads.
Other Methods
There are other things you can do as well, like
- making a mailing list
- creating a YouTube channel around your blog
The name of the game is being able to get lots of people to view your content. In order to do that, you have to know what people are searching for. All you have to do is write about that, focus on the people that want things in your niche, and link them to things that make you money.
How to Set Up Your Blog

Blogs are extremely easy to set up and manage. You can literally set up a blog in about five minutes. You can go over to www.GoHubSite.com and watch my video that teaches you how to set up your first blog in literally 5 or 6 minutes–maybe 15 if you’re really slow. But it’s very easy to do.
