You know, the life of an internet marketer, isn’t always as glamorous as it seems take. For example, today I’ve been putting new floor in my backyard office here. The floor is actually coming out pretty nicely. I decided to do it myself because I thought it’d be kind of a fun project since I don’t usually do manual labor. As I was cutting and laying the wood planks for my new floor. I actually found something back here. No, it wasn’t SpongeBob. It was actually something terrifyingly dangerous and it led me to the internet to do some searches. So I want to take a minute and show you this niche and talk to you about what I found in my office and how it could make you lots of money. And the cool thing is, is you don’t even really need a website to make this happen and you don’t have to do physical labor.

Okay? So in just a minute, I’m going to show you that crazy scary thing I’ve found in my office. And if you think you already know what it is, put it as a comment below. And first, what I want to do is show you how to make money writing money-making reports. These are very simple. They’re very easy. You don’t really need a website, although it is recommended, but we’re going to show you how to make this work. So first, what I’m going to do is I’m actually going to show you like five niches in this video. So, you know, you get some bonus niches, but first, what we want to do is want to pick a keyword that people are looking for related to a problem that they have, how to install floor, how to put Ram in your computer, how to fix whatever, okay.

Anything that you do around the house that you’ve actually solved before is perfect for this. So I want you to start thinking in terms of things that you’ve done, that other people might need help with, that might be easy to you. For example, I’m kind of a computer nerd. I’ve been working on computers for over 20 years, and I know how to install Ram actually just last week, I put a bunch of Ram in this computer here, and a lot of people don’t know how to do this. So if we go over to our ahrefs keyword tool, we can see that over 5,000 people a month are looking for how to install Ram. And there’s actually even other keywords that they’re looking for related to this as well. Like how to install dual channel Ram laptop Ram Mac book pro more Ram and on and on we go.

And since I already know how to install Ram, this is going to be pretty easy. First, what we’re going to do is take the money-making report template that you could get @ affiliatedude.com/template. That’s affiliate dude.com/template. We’re going to choose one of these headlines that works really well for the niche that we’re in and we’re going to replace it with our keywords and what we’re going to teach them to do. So we could do like how most people install Ram wrong and six steps to do it the right way, 10 mistakes people make when trying to install Ram or how to install Ram in X easy steps. Okay? So we choose one of these right here. I’m going to do how to install Ram in easy steps. So what I’m going to do here is I’m going to put how to install computer Ram in seven easy steps. Now, all I got to do is fancy this up and make it like a report. All right. I could make it bold. Whatever. Now, if I have a website, I’m going to go ahead and put my website here.

What the hell is that?

And you can learn how to build a website@gohubsite.com in like 10 minutes. All right. So very simple. We’re going to put this here. Then what we’re going to do is we’re going to go ahead and use our template to create what it is we’re going to teach them. Okay? So the template looks like this. We’re going to have an intro, which is your intro. Like, hi there, I’m Marcus. I’ve been installing Ram for however long. Hi, there I am. Marcus. Here is why I am qualified to teach, teach you how to install Ram. And this could be something simple. Like if I was teaching them how to install the flooring, I could say, Hey, yesterday I installed this floor. I thought it was going to be difficult, but I actually did it in 90 minutes. And here’s what I did. Then you’re going to go through and you’re going to do the steps.

So step one would be remove old Ram step two would be scan your computer for issues. And back up your data. Step three could be install the new Ram without ruining your system. And then step four, then we can do step four, step five and step six. Very simple. Okay. So we’re going to go through, it’s going to be like a three, maybe five page report, depending on how many images you have, depending on how difficult it is and everything like that. Now it’s very important that in your steps, you include links to things that they’re going to need. For example, remove old Ram, probably not going to have anything there. Maybe there’s like a place they could sell their old Ram where I’d get paid, scan your computer for issues I could go through and I could find offers on offer vault about like how to clean up your PC, how to backup your data, whatever, very simple.

I can even link to places if they haven’t purchased the Ram yet where they could buy the Ram on Amazon or best buy or whatever it is. And I get a commission when they do that. Very simple. Now there’s something very, very important that we’re going to add at the end of this report. And that is going to be the portion where we talk about if that doesn’t work or what you need to do this, right. Or you should also or call a professional. Okay. Very important. Now with Ram, you probably not going to call a professional unless something’s wrong. However, you could, you know, send them to some computer repair shop, whatever it is. Now, when we go through this and we’re doing things like home repair, how to fix your roof, how to install the laminate flooring or whatever it is, it’s going to get a lot easier because those offers actually have places where people can call a professional.

This is what’s known as pay per call marketing. You actually get paid when people call a custom number. So instead of putting affiliate links in here, we could actually put a phone number that is a custom phone number to us. It’s like an affiliate link, only a phone number. And we get paid when they call that number. Well, let me show you some niches that this works in and it works like a charm. For example, if I created a report on how to install laminate flooring, and I show them how difficult it can be or how time-consuming it is, or it could even talk to them about here, I am making a video and I’m really sore because I installed my own floor and I could have paid a guy like 90 bucks to do it. You know, something simple like that. What you’re going to notice is there’s actually pay per call offers for all this stuff.

Empire today, carpet and flooring. These guys are all paying. When people call a number and stay on the line for like 30 seconds, 60 seconds, 90 seconds or whatever it is, that’s right. They don’t even have to buy anything. They just call the number and you get paid. And since these people are looking for this stuff, anyway, it makes it very simple. Think about all the times that you’ve tried to fix something around your house, and then you had to call a plumber or an electrician or a roof guy. Or if you’re like me, you got to call a guy to fix whatever you broke because I break near everything.

I think it’s starting to come out.

We can also see that thousands of people are looking up specific things about why their toilet won’t flush. These guys need a plumber. They just don’t know it yet. And we can provide a simple report on how to fix something and then lead them to the things that make us money. And chances are, if you get a hundred people to read your report, a couple of them are going to want to call the number. And as we can see here, that number pays us $25 per call. And since we’re just simply making a report, the odds are, we can actually make a lot of money with this. And I’ve been doing this for years now. It’s important that once you have your report written with the phone numbers, the links, the affiliate offers that you have an affiliate disclosure. This is something that says, Hey, look, I’m an affiliate.

So if you call the number or click the link and you buy something or whatever it is I’m going to get paid. This is very important to have, because you want to make sure that your visitors and your customers and the people reading your report know that this is somewhat of a biased report. You’re not really just out there helping them out. Although these reports are helpful, you’re doing it to make money and you need to be upfront about that. And then once we have the report, the way we like it with our links, and we’re going to go ahead and save this as a PDF so we can save it to documents or whatever, and we can call it how to install Ram. And then we’re just going to save it as a PDF like this. And bam. Now we have a PDF that we can distribute online.

That’s packed with our affiliate links so we can make money. And if you want to do this, the pro method, I would highly recommend starting your own website over@gohubsite.com. Because the last thing you want to do is distribute a bunch of PDFs. And then the affiliate company changes the link structure, or you get a different phone number for them to call, or the offer goes away or you have to switch offers or whatever it is. The last thing you want to do is all this work. And then it’s gone one day. So if you want to do this right, go to go hub site.com. You can get a domain name, like my easy reports or plumbing reports, or how to fix your plumbing or whatever it is related to your niche that you can use to give away these reports. You can also see, lots of people are looking up what to do when their breaker keeps tripping for their electrical stuff.

And you can see there’s offers related to that one as well for electricians. And here we have people looking for how to fix a leaking roof. And there’s lots of ways to do that. I’m sure some of you guys watching this have fixed your roof before, and you can make a simple report. And all you gotta do is be smarter than me when it comes to roofing, which isn’t that hard to do because I know nothing about a roof. Now, the cool part is once you have your PDF, you can distribute this on tons of sites that are like PDF directories. That’ll get you tons of traffic. You could do this on script SlideShare, author stream my ebook, Google sites, and more, and you can even create a video around your PDF. Now it’s very important that when creating a video, you’re focusing on the keyword and getting massive traffic.

And as you could see by looking at YouTube, these videos rank high and get tons and tons of traffic. And it’s important that when you create a video, you don’t just put the affiliate link or the phone number in the video. You actually tell them something very important. And that is click the link in the description to get the PDF version of what you just watched. This is going to increase your click-through, right? Getting more people to check out your PDF, which is then going to provide value and lead them to the things that make you lots of money. You can also distribute on forums, PDF directories sites like Quora and Reddit, Yahoo answers. You can put them on your own websites, share them with other bloggers and more. And what this is going to do is drive tons and tons of people to your PDF that is loaded with your affiliate links and stuff. That’s going to put money in your pocket. I believe I successfully killed my microphone.

And now drum roll, please. It’s time to review.

Well, the big niche. And before I reveal this niche, I want you to remember the results are not typical implied or guaranteed by watching this video, by going into this niche, you are not guaranteed to make anything. In fact, most people watching these videos make nothing, but I want to show you how this works so you can understand how making money actually works.

And if you’re wondering what that thing in the corner of my office was it wasn’t a spider. It wasn’t a snake. It was the dangerously terrifying black mold. And as you can see from this search here on the H refs keyword tool, tens of thousands of people every single month are looking up various things related to mold. That’s right. People don’t want this stuff in their house. So your PDF on how to get rid of it would actually be pretty helpful to a lot of people. And with tens of thousands of people searching, there’s a lot of money in this market, especially since molder remediation is a huge business. And as you can see on offer vault, this call pays $34 on a 95 second phone call. Here’s another one $35 to help them purify their air. Once they get the mold out of there, another one paying $24 a call.

Here’s the one that pays $7, $12. And you can see here, these guys are paying up to $35, a click for traffic to their website, looking for mold remediation services. And again, remember that’s what they’re paying per click to the major search engines. That’s not what you’re going to get, but it does show us. There’s a lot of money in this market. And if you create a simple PDF, get it distributed and drive people to the things that make you money. Boom, you could rake it in big time and to make $455 a day. All you need to do is get 12 people to call the number. That’s like one every two hours. And based on the amount of people searching for this stuff, I don’t think it’s going to be that hard to do, but again, make sure you focus on creating a valuable PDF, distribute it to the right sites, get it in front of the right people. $127 a day, just sending emails, get out of here. If I had a penny for every email that got sent, I’d make $3 billion a day, $3 billion a day, $3 billion a day. And studies show that for every dollar spent on email marketing, it returns a whopping $42 on average. “Wait a minute, Marcus, So I put one in and get $42 back out? That’s insane.” And while, I’m probably not going to get a penny for every email sent today, I could probably make a couple of bucks by doing my own emails, keep watching to find out how.

First, a story. Back when I started my business in the year 2000, I was completely broke. That’s right, I had less than $100 in the account, but armed with my Secret Money Template and the PayPal Shops website, which was a website where different PayPal vendors could put their stores and shops and get more business. But the problem was, they weren’t getting any business.

So I would take my email template and I would find shops in different categories, magic tricks, people selling logos, limousine companies, someone selling books and services and I’d find the information of the site owner and I’d send them an edited version of the template. Something like, “Hi there, I have some ideas to get more business to your insert business name, limousine website, magic store, whatever it is. If you’re interested, call me up.”

And I’d spend about an hour finding different people, looking at their websites, making sure I can help them, send them an email, and bam, the phone would ring off the hook. And since they were on PayPal Shops, I knew they had PayPal. So after I pitched my little spiel, I could give them a PayPal link and make money on the spot. This was what took me to my first $60,000 a year and then my next year, which was $167,000.

So basically took me from being a broke kid to a guy making a real living. And it was actually pretty simple to do, but if you’re worried about sending emails or what you’re going to sell or even answering the phone, don’t worry, we got a better way coming up.

But first, another story. Back in the year, 2002, when my business really started to take off, I would find groups of people that wanted information about a topic. For example, I found people that were all selling a certain type of product. I would then create a resource for these people, ask them for their name and email for that resource, load up my autoresponder with helpful tips and tools that sent them emails every day or couple of days, and then I had to go to the money table.

What’s the money table, you might ask? Well, back then, I had an old credit card machine, one of those loud ones that made all that noise when you made a sale, and we had to actually input the orders manually from our website so that we could get the cash. Pretty old school, I know, but hey, we took in a lot of profits using this simple email strategy. And there’s two different ways that you can use this strategy.

Number one is what we call the outbound strategy, and number two is what we call the inbound strategy. The outbound strategy is where I’m going to go and find people that are doing something online. Maybe they’re on Instagram or Facebook or Google or forums or anywhere that people are hanging out, or maybe I look for websites that need a little bit of help. I am then going to take my email template, like this, and I’m going to send that email to that person directly.

Now, it’s very important that you check out their info. You check out their site and you do not participate in spam. Spam is unwanted bulk commercial email. We’re not doing that. Other people are teaching that, don’t mess with it. It could get you in trouble. Instead, what we’re doing is finding people and giving them something of value and telling them we can help them out.

For example, there’s lots of people on social media that are using programs that put links in their bio. And these programs are terrible, don’t use them, and what happened is these programs actually cost them money. So what I could do is I could go to these people on social media and offer to build them something better, which is actually pretty simple and easy and you could do it in 45 minutes, in exchange for them signing up for web hosting and getting a free domain name.

So instead of using some long domain, they use a short domain that they own with their own content that makes them more money that works a lot better and they get it free. All they got to do is get web hosting through my link and I get a 100 bucks commission or whatever the hosting company is paying. I can even charge them directly for various services that help them out, or I could become a reseller of different services that help people boost their presence on social media.

It’s actually pretty simple and there’s millions of people that need help with this. And again, the key is to do this personally. Do not do it in bulk. You won’t get the same results. It kind of blows me away that people will spend all this time trying to do a bulk thing that supposedly makes them money to get a quarter when they could actually go the extra mile and make dollars.

But at any rate, I digress, what they do with their time is their business. I’m going to focus on making money, which brings us to method number two. Method number two is where you’re going to set up a simple lead capture website. You’re going to create something of value, a book, an Excel report, a checklist, a video, a guide, maybe a piece of software or a list of helpful links. Something simple, something easy. You are then going to drive traffic to your free resource.

You could do this with Facebook groups. You could do this on Instagram. You could create videos teaching different topics that are covered in your report. You could do this on search engines by getting SEO traffic. You can do this with press releases. You can even share it on Twitter. Then when people come to get your report, they are going to put their name and email in the box.

Ah, the infamous box. Tell me more. When they put their name and email in the box, they are going to go to your autoresponder. An auto-response is a software program that automatically collects the leads, sends them a series of emails automatically after they sign up, and allows you to send broadcast messages whenever you want. So essentially this guy comes to your site once, puts his name and email in the box, and every time you send them an email that could send them back to your website over and over and over and over again.

This is where they get the idea of putting a dollar in and getting $42 back out. And again, the results are not typical, implied, or guaranteed, but I think you get the power of how much this can make. And I got to tell you, a couple months ago, I signed up for one of those newsletters from one of these YouTube money guru guys and the number of emails they sent me was unethically staggering. You could actually see that they’re sending emails five to 10 times a day. There was one day I counted over 30 emails in one day.

This is not what we want to do. We want to provide value to our people no matter what. There’s a big key here, because while everyone else is pitching stuff, if you provide value, they’re going to want to go back to your site, which is where you could have offers that make you money. So by sending incessant amounts of emails, pitching the latest program, that’s not going to do as good as actually providing value in the long run. And believe me, I look at these guys’ stats, they got bigger lists, they got more traffic and they’re making less money.

So make sure you do this ethically on the up and up. Don’t be annoying with too many emails. Depending on your topic, maybe you could send one a day or one a week or whatever it is. Obviously, if I’m in a niche like download Excel spreadsheets, I’m not going to need to send them 500 emails a day to get my point across. Hell, I don’t even have 500 spreadsheet templates. So again, focus on value. And this is what the flow looks like, and then we’ll get into how you’re going to make money with this whole thing.

First of all, we’re going to start with a simple website like this that has a free report, a little picture of a report, and a box for them to put their name and email. Now you can get this template over at SimpleBlogTheme.com. It’ll provide the theme. You can customize it with images and logos, and it also provides the AWeber code for your autoresponder. You simply input your AWeber list name and your thank you page URL, and bam, you’re off to the races. Again, that’s at SimpleBlogTheme.com. And what’s going to happen is this code is magically going to send the people who put their name and email into your autoresponder.

You can use any autoresponder you want, I’m using AWeber, and you could see that it adds the subscribers to the various lists that I’m creating. And once they’re on that list, I can set up what’s called a follow-up series. This is a series of automatic emails that are going to go out right after they put their name and email in the box. This one goes out immediately. So as soon as they fill that out, boom, they get this email saying, “Here’s the video you requested,” or whatever it is. Then I can choose to send another one a day after, a week after, or whenever I want and on and on we go. And you can see that the amount of people that come to my site, fill this out and actually open the emails is pretty good.

This one here, eight days after they sign up, still has 36% opening it up and probably another 10 to 15% clicking on the link. So that means if I get 100 people to come to my website and 25 or 30 actually put their name and email in the box, every time I’m sending that email, if I’m getting a 10% click rate, that means two to three people are going to my links every time I send an email. And that’s on a tiny list of 30 people, imagine what starts to happen when you have 1,000 or 100,000 or even more. This starts to add up really quickly. And the idea here is to always create an email that tells them about something valuable on your website.

I can tell them about a new video I found, a new tip, a new report, a new image, a link, something funny, whatever it is. It’s like talking to a friend and you’re sharing helpful info based on why they’re there in the first place. Then I have links in the email that say, “Go to my website to see whatever the email was about.” They then go to my website and now I can have affiliate offers and products for them to buy that make me money. And it’s actually simple, it’s pretty much copy and paste. We simply put name and our headline here, and then we tell them about what they’re going to get, and in the links, I say, “Click here to watch the video.” And when they go to the site to watch the video, I get paid.

We could also do what’s known as a broadcast. This is where I go and create an email one time for one offer that’s set to go out immediately. These will go out to my entire list no matter when they subscribed. And sending a broadcast is a great way to get lots of people to go back to your site at one time and purchase a product, click on an affiliate link, or whatever it is that gets you paid. And the key to making this work is keeping everything niche specific.

If they came to you looking for shaving tips, you don’t want to send them something on pet insurance. That’s not going to make any sense. So we’re going to want to keep it to how to trim your beard or whatever it is they want. And now I’m going to give you a bonus money strategy that you didn’t even ask for. And that is when you’re creating your blog post for your email, take that blog post and see if you can find some keywords that you can rank in Google for.

You want to take that and actually do what I call double dip. This is where you send people from your mailing list, and you also try to get people from the search engines to visit your blog post as well. My thinking is you’re creating the content anyway for your mailing list, you might as well do a couple of little SEO tricks and get that sucker to rank so you could get even more traffic for free. It’s actually pretty simple.

So whether you want to use the quick, easy method of outbound email marketing, ethically and non-spammy, of course, or whether you want to do inbound marketing, where you’re getting people to download something of value and then providing them value in your emails, getting them to click your links and ultimately making money, this is a method you can take to the bank.

And when I say that you can make $127 a day doing this, remember the results are not typical, implied, or guaranteed. The average person watching these videos and buying into these courses and stuff really make nothing. So we want to keep that in mind. But if you wanted to do this and make $127 a day, all you’d need to do is make 10 sales of a $12 product, or one sale of $150 product, or three sales of a $40 product. And really once it gets to that point, it’s all just a numbers game and you can scale big time.

Right now in my business, we’re sending an average of about two million plus emails every single month and we’re making a ton of cash doing it. But it never would have happened if I didn’t get started and I didn’t learn the lessons from the stories I told you about earlier.
